This is a blog site for many of my interests, mainly Gymnastics and Tumbling Coaching. I like to write anecdotally and particularly about the communication and psychological theory behind the anecdotes.
This Blog site, I have gathered, appeals more to working gymnastics coaches, but it also helps beginning and advanced gymnasts, cheer tumblers and parents understand coaching and gymnastics principles from a coach’s perspective.

Update on Mack’s Blogging Policy
* Be Authentic; be yourself, be honest, be real
* Talk positive about self and business.
* No Blogging in a bad mood.
* Don’t get too personal on my blogs. Friends and associates will let me know if I get too personal and I will respond.
* Talk positively about others.
* Never judge others, but if the post about the person or business/ company can cause the readers to judge, keep them anonymous. I will change or omit names, locations, that can identify the parties involved.
* Exceptions are big, bureaucratic, corporations that need pressure from the public to deliver good service.
* I will blog about the general state of the industries of which I talk about, even if they are negative. I will be vague.
* Never mention my association with my employers or events so as to keep a neutral position in the market place. If I blog about events that happened at my employers’ business they will remain anonymous and vague.
* I will also blog about events outside my employers business in a neutral jounalistic position.
* I will allow comments, even negative comments, and will listen and respond to them. Rude comments will be deleted.
* If more than one person says that I haven’t followed my policy, the post in review will be taken down.
