Cheer Tumbling/Gymnastics: The fastest cure to the undercut backhandspring. Trampoline drill
Ok.
I’ve been doing this for years….this drill; technique to get rid of the undercut backhandspring. And it works better than anything. But it works best with trampoline first.
Why?
Because it slows down the movement.
